Exchanges

You have 7 business days to exchange item(s). Exchange is limited to the item within the same product category and of equal price. The product that does not meet these criteria and Return Policy requirements will not be considered for exchange.

Return Policy

For online orders, we accept product returns in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered for a full refund. You have 7 business days to return items back to us from the day you received your shipment. There's no return fee. However, you are responsible for return shipping postage. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make a purchase.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, acknowledging our liberal return policy, maintains an "internal auditing" log to keep track of who's buying and returning what, when, and how frequently.

Return Process

Domestic Returns

For our US customers, please:
1. Place merchandise to be returned in original packaging box.
2. Send us box using any carrier of your choice. Affix required shipping postage.
3. Please declare it as Product Exchange or Return
4. Keep your tracking number for your records.

International Returns

Orders returned to us will receive a refund for the merchandise and taxes, but not the duties or tariffs.
In your return, please:
1. Place merchandise to be returned in original packaging box.
2. Send us box using any carrier of your choice. Affix required shipping postage.
3. Please declare the package as "9801 – US GOODS RETURNING" on your shipping document.
4. Keep your tracking number for your records.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive the order within 3-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary but be assured we work our hardest to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to our international customers through FedEx, a global e-commerce services provider. FedEx will process your order international shipping transaction and provide final total cost at Checkout. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-14 business days of its ship date.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to International orders.
We do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and are due upon receiving your package.

Shipping Information

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. A signature may be required upon delivery.

A quality control photo-record is maintained on all item(s) once placed in shipping box. If you did not receive and or missing merchandise, please let us know within 10 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information. If you do not report this within 10 days, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
